Working with Progressive Machine Works is always a pleasure. I can’t say enough good things regarding Progressive and the business partnership that both businesses entered into.
The level of organization, fairness, & detail they brought to the customer was critical to a smooth and successful procurement process. The organization and its people are extremely organized and always communicate the needs of their customers professionally. Their commitment to creating a win for all involved is something we appreciate as a supplier as well.
Progressive has been providing us with quality products and great service for many years. I can always count on them to provide us with the support we need regardless of the project we’re working on. They understand our business, they understand our needs and they never disappoint.
We have been working with Progressive Machine Works for over 17 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and the delivered parts are exactly as per specification, on time and at a very competitive price. No reason to shop around. Sometimes after reviewing and discussing some complex parts they sometimes recommend making some feature changes to reduce machine time/cost without compromising the function of the part. A great machine shop to work with.
