Progressive Machine Works is bringing to market our Night Hawk Pneumatic Vises with machinable quick change jaws and excellent repeatability. With twenty years of production in our own shop, these vises have proven themselves to be reliable and effective for not only milling applications, but as fixtures and as robotic grippers.

These Vises include:

  • Over 20 years of proven shop use.

  • Machinable jaws in 3” or 4” widths with three height options for each width.

  • Internal or external clamping with simple airline reversal.

  • 7075/6061 aluminum jaws (dependent on availability of material).

  • Type III hard anodized body and base plates for long life.

  • Pneumatic operation with multiple port options

  • Easily integrated with many diverse applications: milling, robotic grippers, welding fixtures, assembly fixtures. It’s up to you.

  • Suitable for milling small parts as a single vise or larger parts in gang configurations.

  • Adjustable clamping pressure for delicate parts with regulator adjustment.
